Community Contacts is an independent Carr Gomm project offering impartial advice, information and support about Self-Directed Support.

We are still operating as normal during the Covid-19 pandemic, but offer support via telephone, email and Skype.

Community Contacts aims to help people to design and manage their own support in a confident and informed manner; all with the reassurance of knowing that we are there to help them if they need us.
